| Allows public visitors to the site to send a postcard to a friend or family member and then captures the email addresses of the sender.
HTML Design - All graphical design for the postcard will be included. The selectable images are not included and must be provided by the client in the proper format and size. In addition to the Postcard, all required HTML will be included for the sending form, the preview page, the thank you page and the recipient page.
Preview Component - Once the sender has completed their postcard, they will then click the Preview button to view what their finished postcard would look like. At this time they can either click Edit to change their postcard or click Send to send it.
Send Component - Once the postcard has been sent, the sender will receive a Thank You page that will ask if they want to send another postcard or participate in any of the other programs available on the site (i.e. Memberships, Donations, etc.) The Recipient will then receive an email that includes a link back to the web site to "pick up" their postcard. The email will also direct them to the proper site link if they wish to send a postcard. This email will be personalized with the recipient's name in the salutation and the sender's name in the body of the first paragraph.
Receive Component - Once the recipient clicks the link, or cuts and pastes the link into their browser, the postcard will be displayed. In addition, the recipient will also have the opportunity to opt-in to Cobalt or send a postcard too.
Updateable Image Repository - The client will have the ability to update postcard images from their secure administration area. Images will be FTP'd to the site. There is no numerical limit to the number of images you may have.
Integration to Cobalt Email Marketing System - We will provide integration to your current Cobalt account. A new category will be created called "Postcards". Anyone using the system will have their email automatically added to Cobalt, unless they UNCHECK the opt-in box. In addition, recipient's will have their email address added to Cobalt automatically, if they CHECK the opt-in box.
Purge Component - Old postcards can be purged from the database. Purging will not remove email addresses from Cobalt.
