(Beachwood, OH - December 20, 2005) - One month after the launch of the Cleveland Zoological Society's Online Post Card System, approximately 170 post cards have been sent from Zoological Society members to their families & friends. The Online Post Card System was developed by The Intersoft Group Incorporated (www.intersoftgroup.com), a web site development company based in Beachwood, Ohio.

The system consists of three easy steps. The first step is the selection of an animal picture; there are plenty to choose from...apes and polar bears to elephants and giraffes, there is something to appeal to everyone. Next, a background image is chosen. The choices include Holiday, Valentine's Day graphics and other generic choices including paw prints. The last step is the submission of information. Members are asked to submit their email address along with the email address of the receiver, and create a message.

Tara Turner, of the Cleveland Zoo Society, states that, "We couldn't be happier with our new Ecards! In less than a month of having the new capability, we've been able to capture a significant number of new email addresses - giving us the opportunity to continually market our message to new audiences." The Post Card section of the site was developed to allow easy, user-friendly functionality for the Zoo Society's patrons so even the youngest member could have fun. Ms. Turner adds "The ease of use, and the great convenience it provides users has helped make the system work for us."
